I Describe Myself and You Draw me – D/D – Closed – Next session: September 2017
D/D is a multicultural art project that by using observation, description and drawing, enhances writing and descriptive skills. It allows students to describe their physical and psychological aspects, and therefore to gain awareness of their behaviour, interests, habits. More about this project…
Landmark Game – Closed – Next session: February 2018
As a whole class or in small teams, students choose a culturally, historically, or geographically significant Landmark anywhere in the world, and research facts about its location. Next, they write nine challenging clues referencing the landmark. Over a 3-week period, teams try to decipher the clues, interact by questioning the other teams, and submit their final researched answers at the end of the project. Interrelated topics: geography/geospatial, history, literacy, math, science, art, and music. Competencies are: Collaboration, Organization, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Technology Skills, and Global Awareness.

Doves for Peace – Closed – Next session: September 2017
The idea of the project is sending Peace messages to students of different countries. Students collaborate to compose their own peace messages on the dove-shaped sheets of paper. The letters should contain information about where students live, symbols of the country, traditions, and culture – all presented in the messages. This project includes the contest “We are for Peace.”

Schools Around the World – Closed – Next session: Spring 2018
This exciting project is created to help schools of the world get closer and learn more about each other via Video Messaging. It provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with peers around the world to get acquainted with schools traditions, their students’ interests, hobbies, preferences, and to ask any questions to get knowledge about towns, cities and countries they live in. It is also an opportunity for us to become community ambassadors and spread Global Friendship by working collaboratively. More….

A Math Challenge for your young students!
Give your students the chance to develop sense of numbers and to appreciate mathematics from a multicultural perspective! Allows students to create a “math puzzle” in which the reader needs to figure out which numbers to use (based on clues given by the author) and then answer to the math problem! Looking out your window
Ask to your students to imagine what their partners around the world – looking out of their bed room window – might they see. Help the students to think beyond what they think, when they get an opportunity to see what their partners see. The project improves the students’ability and creativity to imagine and to draw pictures according to their perceptions about their partners.
