Firstly, we strive to extend the walls of the classroom and in the process help our students to realize that English is a global language that is accessible to all. The students participate intensively in the project, from the planting of the vegetable, and with this, are stimulated to the careful observation of the development of all phases of these plants. Students learn about the full Moon, its distance from Earth, and how it changes its shape.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">In Harvest\u00a0 Moon Over Us:\u00a0 students become cultural astronomers. They take a survey about the moon; draw images or take digital pictures of the moon once a week from September 1 to October 1 most of the cycle. They research and compare each other&#8217;s images of the moon; create Padlet images with comments that include poetry, history, beliefs, stories, and research. and link them to the Project Padlet.\u00a0 Students use dialogue, comments, and discussion to share their valuable insights.
