…\u00a0 The authority of the Association is the Annual meeting, extraordinary member meetings, and the Board.<\/span><\/p>\n
The Kidlink Association’s 14th Annual Meeting will start on February 1, 2023. The meeting runs in the KA member Google group.<\/span>
\n The Annual Meeting minutes will be shared with the members from this page.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
Annual Meeting 2023 agenda<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

- Call to order. (February 1) and registration of members participating in the meeting.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Election of meeting chairman (Terry nominated) and secretary (Bonnie nominated).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Election of meeting votes counter (Bonnie nominated, Stellan support person) and Annual meeting minutes verifier (Stellan nominated Bonnie support person)<\/span><\/li>\n
- Approval of Annual Meeting Notice ( to be sent at least one month before call of order).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Adoption of the meeting agenda.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- Auditor review and report for 2023<\/span><\/li>\n
- Approving the <\/span>Annual Report 2023 and Annual Plan 2024<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
- Approving the previous Board\u2019s work. (= grant discharge to the Board)<\/span><\/li>\n
- Establishing membership dues at<\/span>

\n<\/span>There were no proposals.<\/li>\n- Election of<\/span> deputy Board members<\/b> for one-year terms. Nominated are:<\/span>
\n<\/span>Election of deputy members for one-year terms Govinda Prasad (Nepal), Dung Nguyen (Vietnam), Dung Guyen (Vietnam).<\/li>\n- Current ordinary Board members\u00a0<\/b>for four-year terms. Terms go until 2026<\/span>
\n<\/span>Lucine (Russia), ChienWei Hui (Taiwan)<\/span>, <\/span>Claire Wu (Taiwan).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n- Chairperson Bonnie Thurber and deputy chairperson Terry Smith. Treasurer Stellan Kinberg (Italy), \u00a0Terms go until 2025<\/span><\/li>\n
- Election of 1 ordinary Board Member<\/strong>:\u00a0 Nirmala Kandasamy -candidate\u00a0 (Malaysia). Manoel Araujo Filho (Brasil) is already on the board until 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Election of one auditor (Francesco Schembari, Lipari, nominated)<\/span><\/li>\n
