{"id":575,"date":"2017-03-27T18:12:55","date_gmt":"2017-03-27T18:12:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kidlink.net\/?page_id=575"},"modified":"2025-03-11T20:29:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T20:29:40","slug":"schools-timelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kidlink.net\/index.php\/project-center\/schools-description\/schools-timelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Schools Around the World &#8211; Phases\/Timelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidlink.net\/index.php\/project-center\/schools-description\/\"><strong>Back to the Description Page<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">After you fill out the <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Application Form<\/span><\/strong>, \u00a0check the <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Guidelines\u00a0to participate<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0you are ready to start:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Phase 1<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Introduce your school\/group through making a post in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/1816371108627893\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook private group<\/a> and\/or <strong>Wakelet<\/strong> platform following the link the coordinator provides you with.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The dialogue among teachers will take place in the Schools Around the World project Facebook private group.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>By 25 Feb<\/strong> all School Introductions must be ready and shared.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>By 28 Feb<\/strong> the project coordinator matches the schools and \u00a0posts the information regarding teams .<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Phase 2<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Say Hello in the project Facebook group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #2f4f4f;\">Discuss the questions you would like to ask your teammates on the current\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #2f4f4f;\">topic\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #2f4f4f;\">(no more than 10). The topic is announced in advance by the coordinator. To make our project cognitive and useful the topic is different each session.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2f4f4f; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Students ask 10 questions through creating a video message.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Teachers publish the questions through typing them on their school pages (for better understanding) and \u00a0giving the link to the resource the video message is stored in.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Phase 3 (Mar.13 &#8211; Mar.25)<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students discuss the answers to the teammates&#8217; questions.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #2f4f4f;\">Students reply to the questions by creating\u00a0 video messages .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teachers publish the answer videos through posting on the <strong>Wakelet<\/strong> platform or\/and in the Facebook private group.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0(When asking and answering questions please use compound sentences, not just direct questions or answers, to be more expressive.
